Shipping policy
At Stitch Sloth, we work hard to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible while carefully handling every canvas, thread, and accessory.
Please note that shipping time and processing time are not the same.
Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare, pack, and fulfill your order before it is shipped. Shipping time refers to the time your selected carrier takes to deliver your package once it has left Stitch Sloth.
Most in-stock orders are processed and fulfilled as quickly as possible, typically within 1–3 business days. During launches, trunk shows, promotions, holidays, and high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping options at checkout include:
Economy Shipping: estimated 3–5 business days after fulfillment
Express Shipping: estimated 1–2 business days after fulfillment
Please note that selecting express shipping speeds up carrier delivery time, but does not move your order ahead in product processing or fulfillment.
Preorders and special orders require additional time and will ship once inventory arrives. Estimated preorder timelines will be provided whenever possible, but delays from designers, distributors, or manufacturers are outside of our control.
Canvas Kitting Services follow a separate timeline based on when your canvas is received by us. Kitting typically takes 1–7 business days depending on stock availability and project needs.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
Stitch Sloth is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather delays, lost packages once marked delivered, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout. Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
